Co-Founder · Spiritual Lineage
Indigenous to Nepal — the South Asian Himalayan region where Tantra, Yoga and Eastern mysticism originate. His life has been deeply infused with spirituality, prayer and shamanic tradition. His grandfather was the chief and spiritual leader of his village in the foothills of the Himalayas. His lineage comes from two Nepalese traditions — the Bhujels, rooted in Hindu priesthood, and the Gurungs, rooted in Tantric Buddhist heritage. He studied mathematics, statistics and computer science at university, bringing a grounded, analytical lens to his spiritual understanding.

Co-Founder · Practice & Nourishment
Allee is Latina and began her Eastern spiritual practice over 16 years ago. She has spent nearly a decade and thousands of hours in formal study, including apprenticing and teaching at Jivamukti Yoga in New York City — one of the earliest foundations of their shared method. A student of movement since childhood, she brings deep core stability, strength and flexibility training. She studied Health Policy in university, leading to a lifelong exploration of nutrition, healing systems and the intersection of western science, indigenous knowledge and spirituality.
The lineage of KAIMAH.
After many years in New York City, they traveled to Brazil where they began deep study with indigenous Amazonian tribes, including the Yawanawa and the Huni Kuin. Their prayers and way of life continue to inform and shape their teachings.
