Refund Policy

1. Overview

This Refund Policy explains when and how you can request a refund for Services purchased from AH the Space. It applies to live classes, on-demand access, the Inner Circle membership, retreats and coaching, and forms part of our Terms of Service.

2. Live Classes & On-Demand Rentals

Live Zoom classes and on-demand rentals are digital, perishable services. Once booked and accessed, they are generally non-refundable. If a class is cancelled by us, you will be offered a credit or full refund. For booking issues, email ah@ahthespace.com.

3. Inner Circle Membership

Membership is recurring. You may cancel anytime — cancellation stops future charges and access continues until the end of the current billing period. No prorated refunds for partial periods already accessed.

4. Retreat Refunds

Retreats involve significant upfront costs (venue deposits, travel, staffing). Refunds follow a tiered schedule by notice period, detailed at booking. Travel insurance is strongly recommended. Spots are transferable to another person with advance notice.
