Quick Summary: These Terms govern your use of AH the Space — live Zoom classes, on-demand practice library, the Inner Circle membership, retreats and any coaching. By purchasing or participating, you agree to these terms and to practice responsibly.

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ahthespace.com and all services offered by AH the Space, including live online classes, on-demand practice access, the Inner Circle membership, retreats and coaching (collectively, "Services"). By registering for a class, purchasing access, or otherwise using this site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase Services. If booking on behalf of a minor, you must be their parent or legal guardian and assume full responsibility.

3. Description of Services

AH the Space offers: Live Classes (scheduled group practice on Zoom); On-Demand Library (recorded practices available as pay-what-you-can 48-hour rentals or within a membership); The Inner Circle (membership with unlimited live access, full library and mentorship); Retreats (in-person immersive experiences); and Coaching (private classes and nutrition guidance). Service descriptions, pricing and availability are subject to change.

4. Booking & Payment

Live class bookings are handled through Momence. On-demand rentals are handled through the practice library. By booking, you agree to the platform's payment terms. Recurring membership charges auto-renew unless cancelled per our Cancellation Policy.

5. Health & Safety Disclaimer

Important: Our Services involve physical activity, breathwork and wellness guidance. By participating, you acknowledge: you have consulted a licensed healthcare provider before beginning any new practice, especially with pre-existing conditions, injuries, pregnancy or postpartum; you participate at your own risk; you will listen to your body, modify as needed, and stop if you experience pain, dizziness or discomfort; and all guidance is educational, not a substitute for medical care.

6. Community Conduct

AH the Space is a container for practice and prayer. Treat every practitioner with respect. Harassment, recording of live sessions without consent, or sharing of paid access violates these Terms and may result in removal without refund.

7. Intellectual Property

All content — classes, practices, teachings, text and media — remains the property of AH the Space. You may not record, redistribute or resell access to our content.

8. Refunds & Cancellations

Governed by our separate Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy, which form part of these Terms.
